Microscope Thermal Imager Series

Huajingkang macro infrared thermal imager is specially designed for temperature measurement of micron/millimeter optical fiber, semiconductor, microelectronics, biological materials and other targets. It can achieve different detection ranges with multiple resolutions from 384x288, 640×480 to 1280×1024, and can distinguish 6μm size at the minimum. The self-developed temperature measurement algorithm can achieve a temperature measurement range from -20-1600℃, and the temperature measurement accuracy can reach ±2℃ (or ±2%). It is equipped with an independent macro lens, and macro lenses with different magnifications can be selected according to needs.
