Precise Thermal lmaging for Industrial Excellence
The HIRDA-HT high-temperature resistant infrared thermal imaging temperature measurement and analysis system is specially designed for the glass furnace exit, which can work normally in a high-temperature environment of up to 500℃. It consists of an infrared thermal imaging core, an infrared lens, a high-temperature resistant water-air cooled metal protective cover, a thermal imager control cabinet and client software. It solves the following pain points: molten glass radiation and high-temperature airflow interference make it difficult to obtain accurate temperature, prolonged exposure to extreme heat accelerates equipment failure, and manual spot checks fail to detect temperature fluctuations at the furnace exit in time.
