Built on its core infrared thermal imaging technology, HJK-FK is a series of intelligent monitoring systems designed for harsh working conditions such as high temperature and heavy dust. It extends the high-temperature resistant lens into the furnace through a telescopic device, while the core module is placed outside the furnace for real-time monitoring. Simultaneously, it uses compressed cooling air to cool the protective cover and purge the lens, preventing dust adhesion. If there is an abnormality in the cooling gas or cooling water circulation, the system will automatically retract the lens to avoid high-temperature damage. Compatible with various positive-pressure furnaces, it can clearly display the complex working conditions inside the blast furnace. It is capable of realizing functions such as over-temperature early warning, data traceability, curve generation, and one-click report generation.
