System introduction
The HIRDA-MI continuous molten iron temperature monitoring system is specifically designed for measuring molten iron temperature and performing intelligent analysis. The system consists of a high-temperature infrared thermal imaging thermometer, a field equipment box, an image algorithm server, and client management software. During tapping, the system can simultaneously capture images and temperatures of the iron stream, clearly presenting the temperature field distribution at the taphole (including molten iron temperature and slag temperature) and outputting real-time infrared video. Traditional molten iron temperature measurement methods mainly rely on manual observation combined with thermocouples and thermometers. These methods present several problems: High labor intensity and low efficiency are major drawbacks, as only 1 to 3 measurements are taken per tap, making it impossible to achieve continuous monitoring or to reflect the temperature trends throughout the entire tapping process. Additionally, thermocouples are consumables, leading to high costs, and fluctuations in operator proficiency affect measurement accuracy. Moreover, the high-temperature, dusty environment near the blast furnace poses significant safety risks to on-site personnel. However, this system effectively addresses these pain points and enables safe, intelligent continuous temperature measurement.

Application
This system offers a temperature measurement range from 800°C to 1800°C with high accuracy. It fully accounts for the on-site conditions of blast furnace cast houses, including high temperatures, heavy dust, and space constraints, making it suitable for continuous temperature measurement in various large and medium-sized blast furnaces within ironmaking plants.
Equipment value
1. Precise Temperature Measurement: The system directly measures the iron stream temperature at the taphole, eliminating the temperature drop and homogenization effects caused by the main trough and the skimmer. It provides a more accurate reflection of the thermal state and variation process of the hearth.
2. Adaptability to Harsh Environments: With strong resistance to smoke and dust interference, a long measurement distance, and flexible targeting capability, the system ensures stable and accurate data acquisition under complex on-site conditions.
3. Intelligent Data Management: Temperature measurement results are transmitted in real time to the host computer in the main control room, where a dedicated program automatically performs data acquisition, processing, display, and storage, thereby enhancing the digital management level of temperature monitoring.

Related Applications
The HIRDA-A anode furnace wall temperature monitoring and analysis system is specifically designed for temperature monitoring of high-temperature metal smelting furnaces. The system employs long-wave infrared sensors, paired with high-performance infrared lenses and superior imaging processing circuits, and is embedded with advanced image processing algorithms to ensure low noise. It features high protection rating, strong environmental adaptability, low power consumption, fast startup, excellent imaging quality, wide temperature measurement range, and high accuracy. The traditional solution for furnace wall temperature measurement relies on spot temperature devices, but this approach has several critical drawbacks, including difficulties in recording and archiving data for continuous trend analysis, limited measurement coverage that leaves some areas unmonitored, and intermittent readings that fail to provide 24/7 uninterrupted temperature monitoring. However, our advanced infrared thermography temperature measurement and analysis system effectively addresses these problems.
Built on its core infrared thermal imaging technology, HJK-FK is a series of intelligent monitoring systems designed for harsh working conditions such as high temperature and heavy dust. It extends the high-temperature resistant lens into the furnace through a telescopic device, while the core module is placed outside the furnace for real-time monitoring.
Sintering Machine Tail Monitoring
The HIRDA-S series is a specialized device designed for high-temperature environments, enabling real-time monitoring of the sinter cake cross-section temperature at the sintering machine tail. The system consists of an infrared thermal imaging core, a high-temperature-resistant infrared thermal imaging lens, an automatic retraction protection device, a kiln wall mounting kit, an air filtration system, a field equipment box, an algorithm server, and intelligent temperature measurement software. Currently, the following issues are encountered in sintering machine tail detection: traditional lenses are prone to damage and contamination in high-temperature, high-dust environments. Cooling anomalies risk equipment burnout and massive losses. Manual cross-section judgment is subjective, compromising sinter quality stability. The use of our advanced infrared thermal imaging camera can effectively address these problems.
