HJK-KK

The HJK-KK infrared thermal imaging camera adopts an uncooled focal plane detector,with a wavelength range of 8 to 14 μm and a resolution of 1280×512. It has a wide temperature measurement range of -20°C to 800°C and achieves a temperature measurement accuracy of ±2°C or ±2%. Featuring an IP67 protection rating and gas and dust explosion-proof capability, it delivers reliable and accurate temperature data.

The HJK-KK infrared thermal imaging camera is suit-

able for the harsh environment of rotary kilns char-

acterized by high temperatures, rotation,

and high dust levels.

 

It enables non-contact long-term monitoring of kiln shell temperature. By displaying real-time

temperature distribution on the kiln surface, it can identify localized overheating zones and

accurately locate abnormal points, providing data support for preventing

burn-through accidents and optimizing the calcination process.
