Jiangan Depot has 16 maintenance stations for section repairs and 4 maintenance stations for cold cars, with an annual section repair task of 4,060 vehicles; 24 maintenance stations for station repairs, with an annual auxiliary repair task of 6,050 vehicles and an annual temporary repair task of more than 4,500 vehicles. The average annual train inspection workload is about 5.58 million vehicles. There are 372 pieces of equipment in the whole section.

In hub applications, infrared (IR) thermal imaging offers key benefits:

  1. Overheating Anomaly Detection: IR quickly identifies thermal hotspots in hubs (e.g., network/mechanical hubs) caused by component failures, loose connections, or excessive load, preventing downtime.
  2. Component Health Monitoring: Non-contact IR scanning visualizes temperature distributions of chips, connectors, or bearings in hubs, enabling proactive maintenance to avoid catastrophic failures.
  3. Energy Efficiency Optimization: By analyzing IR thermal data, operators optimize heat dissipation in hubs, reducing energy loss and extending the service life of high-load components.
  4. Real-time Remote Surveillance: IR systems allow continuous, non-invasive monitoring of hard-to-reach hubs, enhancing safety and operational efficiency in industrial or data center environments.
