The BS2S25KN explosion-proof infrared thermal imaging temperature detection and analysis system is a specialized infrared camera product designed for gas and dust explosive environments. The system is primarily composed of an infrared thermal imaging module, infrared lens, explosion-proof protective cover, explosion-proof control box, explosion-proof image algorithm server, and client software.

The IR thermal imaging camera system employs full-range radiation temperature measurement technology, enabling simultaneous acquisition of multi-point temperature values. With a temperature measurement range of up to 2000℃, its self-developed temperature measurement algorithm ensures high-precision results. Certified for both gas and dust explosion protection, the system achieves an explosion-proof rating of Ex db IIC T6 Gb / Ex tb IIIC T80℃ Db, making it suitable for use in explosive gas hazardous areas (Zones 1, 2) and dust explosion hazardous areas (A21, A22). With an IP68 protection level, it ensures long-term stable and safe operation in harsh working environments.
