PSWExDG300

The PSWExDG300-NS explosion-proof camera with an infrared temperature detection and analysis system, which designed for gas and dust explosive environments. The system primarily consists of an i-cam unit, infrared lens, explosion-proof protective cover, explosion-proof control box, explosion-proof image algorithm server, and client software.

This system employs full-range radiation temperature measurement technology, enabling it to obtain multi-point temperature values simultaneously. With a temperature measurement range of up to 2000℃, its self-developed temperature measurement algorithm ensures high accuracy, having passed both gas explosion-proof and dust explosion-proof certifications and reaching an explosion-proof level of Ex db IIC T6 Gb / Ex tb IIIC T80℃ Db. This makes it suitable for use in explosive gas hazardous areas 1, 2 and dust explosion hazardous areas A21, A22. With an IP68 protection level, it can operate stably and safely in harsh conditions over the long term.
